Staff Meeting![]() All the staff at BCA meet weekly to discuss the things that they have been doing within the organisation and what they have coming up, too. |
Funding Application![]() The Director and Artistic Programme Manager have to furiously write funding applications in order to apply for money to continue our important and valuable work. |
Community Outreach Projects![]() The Project Workers plan, organise and tutor educational and outreach courses with targetted local community groups. |
Participants![]() Project and workshop participants discover new skills and techniques through the use of Photography, Film and Animation. |
Residency Artists![]() The Residency Artists and exhibitors find inspiration. They then photograph and film to create new bodies of work. |
Exhibition Preparation![]() The Exhibition Officer supports the Artists all the way through their creative process and assists in the planning and organisation of their work ready for exhibition in the gallery. |
Promotional Material![]() The Artistic Programme Manager writes information and Press Releases. The Designer takes the information and creates invite cards, quarterly programme leaflets, adverts and website material to promote the exhibitions, events and workshops. |
Mailout![]() The promotional material is sent or emailed out to press and all the special people on our mailing list. |
Technical Support![]() Our Technical wizz uploads interviews with each of the exhibiting artists and offers technical support during the installation of exhibitions. |
Visitors![]() Visitors attend the gallery. They are assisted by our Receptionist who guides people around the exhibitions and offers information about the work. |
Finance![]() The Finance Assistant attempts to work out the accounts and oversees all of BCA's money matters. |
Board Meeting![]() The Director meets periodically with the Board of Trustees to report on the organisation's progress, financial status and general well-being. |
